Rich,

Sonny Boy Williamson #2 did a song called "Decoration Day Blues" which I believe was what Memorial Day used to be called.  Howlin' Wolf and John Lee Hooker recorded songs by that title as well, but I don't know if the songs are the same.

Of course there are also lots of blues songs about the WWII, Korea and Viet Nam, but they are not necessarily appropriate for Memorial Day.  J.B. Lenoir recorded songs about those subjects, among others.
