Chuck Brown

 Chuck Brown is one of my favorites.  I never had a chance to see him perform but I'm listening to "Your Game....Live at the 9:30 Club Washington DC" released on the Raw Venture label.  It's an amazing record and had to be quite an event live.

He does Hoochie Coochie Man in a funk style.  He goes thorugh a series of tunes as one continuous medley with many unexpected musical references including the theme music to 2001: Space Oddysey.
