I'm very happy with it for what it is. For the price you can't beat it. 
It certainly isn't going to replace pro gear for making a recording for 
a band to sell but you can get a decent live recording if you place it 
in the right spot. Beware the claims about using external mics, reported 
real world  experience says that that function doesn't work well. But if 
you just use the internal mics, the recording can be more than 
acceptable. DO NOT TRY TO HAND HOLD IT! It will pick up every little
