According to the IRS Form 990 filed by the SBBS for 2005, they received
$300,636 in contributions, yet claimed $0 in contributions, membership fees,
etc. on Part IV-A of the support schedule that would itemize this amount. A
similar return was filed for 2004. In 2002, the SBBS claimed $383,112 in
contributions, then listed the same amount as revenue from the festival and
claimed no income from memberships and dues.

According to documents available at Guidestar.org, the IRS Form 990's for
2002, 2004, and 2005 were all signed within a two week period in June, 2006.
Apparently these documents were not filed before that time although annual
filing is a requirement for any 501(c)3 with more than $25,000 in receipts.
