NBC: fire works?

Last Friday at my favorite juke joint, the owners were outside putting
out the nightly bonfire with a garden hose as part of closing up shop.
Of course the water on a hot fire raised a wall of steam. Then an eerie
blue glow started pulsing out of the coals, lighting up the steam.
Startled by this phenomenon, it was a few seconds before they heard a
phone ring ... from the fire. They were able to pull out a fried cell
phone that somehow ended up in the fire. The thing is that this was
after the club was closed to customers so it must have been in the fire
for a fair length of time. So that leaves three questions: 1. Whose
phone was it? 2. How did it end up in the fire? 3. What brand was the
phone because it sure was sturdy!
