On this day in 1947, Louis Armstrong, backed by his All Stars, stood on
the stage at Boston's Symphony Hall and sang the sad and tragic "(What Did
I Do To Be So) Black And Blue". In the audience sat a young Dick Waterman.
The historic recording of this event is available on Decca CD
titled "Satchmo at Symphony Hall" GRD-681
