I'm very glad this thread came up now.  There are a number of these  same
situations plaguing the local blues society (again).  Myself  being a senior
member and founding father i'm trying to tell the  others what a slippery slope
we've been on.  After some very distasteful  happenings i think i finally got
through to most but ya'll bringing this up  will be the icing on the cake; the
exclamation point to the chattering of  this nabob.
