Sister Rosetta Tharpe

Thanks for putting up the Video, and for giving us a heads-up on the L.
It was a treat to see and hear.  Sister Rosetta Tharpe was one of the
favorites in our household when I was growing up.  We had lots of her
78's, but then we lost all of them in a flood.  I have replaced much of
what we lost, but had only seen very short clips of Sister Rosetta until
now.  I never got to see her live.  My mother and grandmother used to
rave about her live shows, now I know what they were talking about!
They had pretty good taste, their other favorites were Bessie Smith and
Nellie Lutcher.
