Yep, that's him. He was also the front man(?) for the New York Dolls,
then a rock act under his own name and in his latest incarnation has
been recording blues songs as part of "David Johansen & the Harry
Smiths." Not bad stuff.

Taking all of this full circle, the New York Dolls used to cover Sonny
Boy Williamson's "Dont Start Me Talking."

Johansen has appeared in several movies such as "Married to the Mob" and
"Scrooged" as well as an appearence in the TV show "Miami Vice."
