DON NIX HOMECOMING SHOW

Don Nix, an original member of Memphis’ legendary Mar-Keys and successful
record producer for Jeff Beck, Freddie King, and others, will give his
first local club performance in over twenty years this Thanksgiving at
Neil’s, at Madison & McLean. Nix will perform his hit songs, including the
blues/rock classic “Goin’ Down,” as well as new material. While fans and
musicians from Don’s past projects can be expected to show up for the
party, Don hopes to perform for a lot of new faces as well.

“I’ve moved back home to Memphis, and I want to play here on an ongoing
basis and re-connect with all my old friends,” Nix said.

Nix has assembled accomplished stage and studio performers for his new
band, including Terry Wall (of the Wallbangers) on guitar, Artie Wilson,
(Black Oak Arkansas) on bass, Joel Williams (Black Oak, Caboose, Ronnie
Stoots, D. Beaver, Jerry Lee Lewis) on drums, and Corey Myers on keyboards.

The show will start at 9 P.M. November 25, 2005, Thanksgiving night.
Tickets are $10, available in advance at Neil’s.
