rudy ray moore in austin friday !

I am with Steve.  I saw Rudy at the Blues Estefette a few years ago  and he
tried to sing the blues!  It was pretty sad really.  I would  rather hear his

I saw Rudy Ray Moore at the Ponderosa Stomp last  spring in New Orleans.
Really, he was not all that entertaining after the  first few minutes.
In his prime, and in his own milieu, he probably used to  be pretty
cool,
but frankly he just came across like a tired old man  saying the word
"motherfucker" a lot to a bunch of jaded roots-rockers.   Frankly, times
have changed so much that it takes a lot more than hearing  someone say
"motherfucker" to shock or entertain an audience.
