I hope you understand that I am reporting only my own personal experience
seeing some really bad local shows outside of the USA(very small sample
size). That doesn't mean at all that there aren't great players over there
(whichever country you pick) because there are and I wish I had seen their
shows instead of the several I saw which sucked...sorry but they just did.
Hong Kong was the worst actually.

Needless to say there are many poor blues acts (and other genres) in the USA
as well.
