Otis Rush's influences

When I interviewed Otis back about '77 or '78, he said that
Albert King was his favorite contemporary guitarist. But if
you go back to the Cobra sides, it seems that there is a major
Ike Turner influence - especially in the way Ike used tremolo.
Ike was a great guitarist, as well as piano player.
Listening to Ike's early recordings, I thought, so that's
where Otis is coming from...
